Downeast Dressage at Logum Gard

Downeast Dressage offers personalized horse riding lessons and horse training, specializing in the dressage discipline. Our focus is on the relationship between horse and rider, emphasizing connection, communication, and mutual understanding. Boarding is available for students' horses in our private, scenic facility.

As we built our equestrian facility and haven in mid-coast Maine there was a lot of focus on the "feeling" and "community" we wanted to create.  "Logum" is Swedish for "not too little, not too much - just right, in balance" and Gard means "farm" in the sense of farm life and farm community, living simply.
